Abstract

Summary. This article presents a surgical method of stopping bleeding from varicose veins of the esophagus, by separating the venous system of the esophagus from the portal, as well as the clinical case of its effective use.

This method of mobilization of small curvature of the stomach, abdominal esophagus, bottom of the stomach, intersection of the esophagus in the area of cardioesophageal junction, as well as the imposition of esophageal-gastric anastomosis and splenectomy. This allows you to permanently stop bleeding from varicose veins of the esophagus and prevent the possibility of recurrence.
